Account Owner

Transfer ownership of your Clearooms account to another user.

To change the owner of your Clearooms account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings - Account - Users

  2. Locate the current owner and click Edit.

  3. In the "Change Organisation Owner" field, select the new owner from the drop-down down

  4. Click the change owner button next to the field.

  5. Finally, click update at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

If the current owner has left the business and no other admin users are available, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@clearooms.com with the details of the change.
