Black Listing User Accounts

Manage User Impersonation Access and Blacklist Specific Users in Clearooms.

At Clearooms some of our internal users such as our Customer Success Managers automatically have access to impersonate any user on your account. This allows us to view the portal as the individual user would and provide support to any questions as well as identify any issues should they arise.

The account owner of a company can request that we black list certain users if you would rather we did not have access to impersonate. If you would like to put this in place please contact your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM). You can find the email address for your CSM in the support page.

Please be advised that our support may be limited to users who are black listed.
