Begin by accessing Settings > Account > Users > Import users. Utilise the provided import users CSV file to complete the necessary fields.

Once the form is completed, upload it to the platform for processing. After processing is finished, you'll have the choice to 'Send Welcome Email', enabling you to send welcome emails to all users imported via CSV.
You can now update existing users in bulk using the import tool.
To update the welcome email template, go to Settings > Account > Email settings > Welcome Email. Click on the edit icon to modify the email template.
