The Custom URL field allows you to add a web link in Clearooms on the Visitors or Meeting Room page, making it easy to access relevant external content directly from the system.
How to Create a Custom URL Field

Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.

Click Create New Custom Field.

From the type dropdown, select Link.

Paste the desired Link URL.

Choose where this field applies:

Meeting Room Booking
-
Visitors
-

Optionally, toggle on to apply the field to specific offices.
Using the Custom URL Field
For Visitors:

When logging a visitor, the custom URL field will display as a clickable link.

Two toggle options are available:

Show on the portal
-
Show on the visitor management kiosk

For Meeting Rooms:

When creating or viewing a meeting room, the link will be displayed in the record.
