Parking Space emails can be found under Settings > Email Settings under the heading Parking Space Emails & Parking Space Approval Emails. Here you have the option to edit the current template. To do this click the edit icon.
Customise Parking Space related emails sent from Clearooms to better reflect your organisation. Adjust the message content, incorporate your company branding, and update the email footer for a personalised touch.

Change Email Content:
Go to Settings > Account > Email Settings and click the edit (pen and paper) icon next to the email you want to update.
