Follow these quick steps to set up your vehicle profile.
Access Your User Profile
Log in to your Clearooms account and navigate to your user profile settings, or click directly on this link: https://portal.clearooms.com/user-profile
Navigate to "My Vehicles"
Scroll down or navigate to the My vehicles section within your profile. Click on the Add vehicle button to begin the setup process.
Enter Your Registration Number
Type in your vehicle's registration plate number (license plate).
Clearooms is integrated with the DVLA. Once you enter your registration number, the system will automatically fetch your vehicle's make and color for you.
Confirm Your Vehicle Details
Review and complete the remaining vehicle information:

Make: This field will be auto-populated using the data fetched from the DVLA.

Model: Type in the specific model of your vehicle. Doing this will automatically generate a digital image representation of your car.

Vehicle Image Preview: Check the preview box. It will display the newly generated image of your vehicle alongside your registration number so you can verify everything looks correct.
Add Additional Notes (Optional)
If you have any specific details you want to remember or log regarding this vehicle, type them into the Notes text box.
Save Your Vehicle
Once you are happy with the details, click the final Add vehicle button at the bottom of the form.
Your vehicle profile is now securely saved to Clearooms. The next time you book a parking space, this vehicle will automatically appear as an option in the vehicle selection dropdown menu.
