Smart Vehicle Profiles: We’ve removed the administrative headaches. Each user can register one or more vehicles in their Clearooms profile simply by entering their vehicle registration. Our system will then automatically fetch the make and colour directly from the DVLA. Once the model is added, it even generates a visual vehicle image for the user. There is also plenty of space for users to add any additional notes about their vehicle.

Intuitive Rules & Permissions: Behind the scenes, your parking spaces follow the exact same intuitive rules and permissions as your desks. You can set capacity limits, add resources, allocate specific parking spaces to individual users or teams, and approve bookings, all within the existing Clearooms environment you already know.

Comprehensive Reporting: Plus, staying on top of your parking spaces is effortless with our built-in reporting. You can easily track parking utilisation, run detailed booking reports, and pull up a quick 'who’s in' report so you always know exactly who is using the space.
- Permits: can be set as a requirement on any space, meaning only users who hold a valid parking permit can book it, ideal if you allocate permits to particular roles, shifts or accessibility needs
- Pool Cars: are fully supported, so if you operate a shared company fleet your team can book the vehicle the same way they book a meeting room, with the booking attached to a specific car rather than a personal registration.
