How to integrate Stripe and manage payments in OpenSpaces

The payment gateway in OpenSpaces provides an easy way to handle purchases and refunds through Stripe. 

How to Add Stripe

To integrate Stripe with your OpenSpaces account, click on Stripe in the dashboard.

  • Authorising a Stripe session imports some information from your Stripe account, including payments, refunds, and customer details, making them viewable within the OpenSpaces portal.

If you need access to the full Stripe functionality, click Open Stripe Dashboard. This opens Stripe in a new browser tab, allowing you to interact with its full product and features.

Note: This integration is optional. If you prefer, you can allow customers to book instantly without going through a payment process. In this case, you can manage payments separately, for example via invoicing.
