Manage Desk Access with Priority Allocations
Priority Allocations allow you to release desks that are allocated to users or teams after or before a set number of hours.
This means you can allocate a desk to a person or team and if they do not book it, let's say within 2 hours from the start of the working day, the desk becomes available for others to book.
This means a person or team can have the priority over booking a desk up to a certain point in time, wether thats 24 hours before of a few hours after the start of the day.

How to set it up
Option 1: One desk at a time
From "edit office plan or Desk Allocation in settings click on "Advanced Allocation and if not already, allocate a person or team to the desk. Once added clicking on the person or team opens a page showing the days of the week and for each day the option to set a number of hours before or after to release the desk.
Option 2: All desks at once
From Desk Allocation in settings click "edit" at the top of the form next to "Allocation release(Set for all allocations)"

This sets a single time to release all allocated desks and over rides any pre-set release times for individual desks
