This function restricts users from checking in unless they have scanned a QR Code only.

You can create a QR Code kiosk from Settings > Account > Kiosks to show a QR code on a tablet device or a TV.

Alternatively you can print your QR code from here
When scanned the user is checked into any desks booked for today automatically.
Do not enable this feature unless you have printed the QR code or set up a kiosk to display the QR code for your users to scan.
