Restrict Desks To Assigned Teams
Control Desk Access by Team Allocation in Clearooms.
If you have allocated desks to a specific Team in Settings > Desk Allocation, this rule restricts the booking of desks to just the allocated Team members.
Leaving this rule turned off allows anyone to book the desk even if it is allocated. The name of the allocated team will be visible to everyone.
