Restrict Desks To Assigned Users
Limit Desk Booking to Specific Users in Clearooms.
If you have allocated desks to specific users in Settings > Desk Allocation this rule restricts the booking of desks to just the allocated user.
Leaving this rule turned off allows anyone to book the desk even if allocated. The name of the allocated person will be visible to everyone
