Advance Booking Restricted To (Meetings)
Control how far in advance meetings can be booked while allowing exceptions for specific users or teams.
This rule restricts users from booking meetings too far in advance. The maximum value for this setting is 365 days (1 year). If you don't want to restrict how far in advance users can book, simply disable this rule.
Exceptions can be created for this rule so certain users, teams or Roles can book for longer or shorter than the set rule
Exclude Weekends
Enabling this option will allow only week days to be included in the calculation of the advanced booking restricted to days rule.
If you have integrated rooms with Microsoft or Google this rule may get bypassed by booking in Outlook or Google Calendar unless you enable the "External Calendar" rule.
