The Clearooms Meeting Room Display app allows you to view real-time meeting room availability directly from the tablets placed outside each room.
With this app, you can:

Once installed, enter the email and password for any user with admin access to the Clearooms portal.
It is best to create a dedicated "dummy user" for this purpose to avoid the user account getting deleted should the person leave your business.

To do this invite a new user from https://portal.clearooms.com/settings/account/users remembering to check the "Skip Single Sign On" if SSO is enabled and give the user Admin access

Open the list of invitations and copy the link displayed.

Log out of Clearooms and then use the link to register the "dummy" user
You can now use this email and password to log into multiple display apps.
You cannot log into the display app with a Single Sign On user, only an email and password for an Admin user will work.
When you first log into the app you will be redirected to the settings to allow the app access to make changes to the tablet, this is essential so the app can work as designed.
