Clearooms Mobile App Features & How To Use

Mobile App Features/Settings.

Easily create and manage Desk & Meeting room bookings as well as update profile settings on the go via the Clearooms mobile app, including the below features and steps on how to use.

Desk Bookings:

Select a desk on the office floor plan to make a booking.

  • Green desks are available

  • Red desks are unavailable

  • Blue desks are booked by you

  • Orange desks are partially booked

Colours can be customised at user level by editing colour preferences in the profile screen. 

 
 
My Bookings:
Select My Bookings to view all bookings linked to your account, including past, checked-in, and upcoming bookings.
 
Profile:
Select My Profile to view and manage your account settings. This includes your default office, language preferences, favourite desks, rooms, colleagues, and custom colour settings.
 
Meeting Room Bookings:

Select the Meeting Rooms tab at the bottom of the screen to view a card-style list of all available meeting rooms.

  • Available rooms are indicated with a green tick.

  • Busy rooms are indicated with a red X.

Select the drop-down arrow next to an available room to view any included resources and services.

To book a meeting room:

  1. Select Book Now.

  2. Complete the meeting booking form. This form is the same as the one used in the web portal.

  3. Use the scroll time bar at the bottom of the screen to adjust the time range and view room availability.

  4. Use the blue arrows next to the date at the top of the screen to navigate to previous or future dates.

Google Meet can also be selected when creating a booking.

Custom fields may be included, excluding link-type fields. Links can only be added via the web portal and are not supported in the mobile app.

With the correct permissions, you can book desks or meeting rooms on behalf of other users 

Smart bookings:

The Smart Bookings / Favourites feature is available in the app and works the same way as it does in the web portal.

Select the Smart Booking icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to get started.
