Confirm Meetings

Require physical confirmation for meetings to track attendance and manage no-shows effectively.

Enabling this rule will set a time when meetings must be physically confirmed via a printed QR code or on the Clearooms Room Display app.

Enabling this allows for reporting on no shows to meetings, but does not cancel the meeting.

Decline meeting room booking when not confirmed

When you enable this option, an additional setting is made available to "Decline meeting room booking when not confirmed"

When meetings are not confirmed with this setting enabled, the meeting will be declined by the room and cancelled.

This additional option should only be enabled if you have a QR code or the room display app installed and available, enabling this without the means to confirm meetings will mean ALL meetings will get cancelled because there is no way to confirm them
