External Calendar Rules
Automatically enforce meeting room rules and keep users informed when bookings conflict with policies.
Enabling this feature will enforce or warn users when the meeting room rules are not met.
This rule can only be enabled by contacting support@clearooms.com
This means is a user books a room that breaks a rule set you can immediately decline the meeting, decline after a set period of time or accept the meeting but warn the user via email that they should not be breaching these rules.
None of these options delete the meeting that has been created, the decline option is declining the meeting room and not deleting the users calendar meeting. This allows them to alter the meeting and re-invite the room (or a different room)
