Automate Hot Desk Booking Confirmations and Reminders
Send booking reminder emails before or after a booking starts
Enable this feature to automatically send a confirmation email whenever a desk is successfully booked. This ensures that users receive a notification confirming their booking.

You can customise when the email is sent by choosing to send it either before or after booking starts, with options to set the specific number of hours or minutes.
To enable this feature navigate to: Settings > Hot Desks > General Settings
You can view and edit the automatic emails by going to Settings > Account > Email Settings.
