Hot Desk Email Confirmations
Receive Email Confirmations with Calendar Invitations for Hot Desk Bookings
When enabled, users will receive an email confirmation after each Hot Desk booking. This email confirmation includes an ICS file that can be used to add the booking to your local calendar.
This ICS file will not be removed if the booked is cancelled, it is a manual process to add and remove it from your calendar.
