When enabled you will be able to view desk availability in a list view by selecting the desk list view option on the offices page (default screen) Available desks will show in green, booked in red and grey if unavailable.
This view is particularly helpful if your users book most desks for a part of the day as on the offices page that will show all desks as Amber (partly booked) and its difficult to see which ones are available at specific times.
