Clearooms includes a Desk Check-In feature that confirms whether a user actually attended their booking. When enabled, users are required to check in at the start of their reservation via the web portal, mobile app, or a QR code displayed at the desk.
If a user doesn’t check in within a set timeframe (for example, 15–30 minutes), the desk can be automatically released back into availability, ensuring spaces aren’t wasted.
Administrators can also view attendance data in the reporting section, helping you measure actual utilisation vs. bookings and improve space efficiency across your organisation
