Expiry Dates

You can set each registration link to expire automatically on a specific date.
This is useful for:

  • Temporary event or project access
  • Contractors or short-term visitors
  • Reducing the risk of unused public links

Best Practices

  • Set expiry dates for all registration links.
  • Periodically review user lists and remove inactive accounts.
  • Display QR codes only in controlled areas (e.g., reception, staff-only zones).
  • Use separate links for internal staff vs. visitors for clearer tracking.
