Expiry Dates
You can set each registration link to expire automatically on a specific date.
This is useful for:
- Temporary event or project access
- Contractors or short-term visitors
- Reducing the risk of unused public links
Best Practices
- Set expiry dates for all registration links.
- Periodically review user lists and remove inactive accounts.
- Display QR codes only in controlled areas (e.g., reception, staff-only zones).
- Use separate links for internal staff vs. visitors for clearer tracking.
