How To Manually Trigger A SCIM Sync From Azure AD?

Using “Provision on Demand” to Force Immediate User Provisioning.

If you need changes to sync immediately rather than waiting for the default Azure AD provisioning cycle, you can use the Provision on Demand feature in Microsoft Azure.

This allows administrators to manually trigger provisioning for a a specific user and send their details to Clearooms instantly.

Steps to Run a Manual Sync:

  1. Log in to the Azure Portal

  2. Go to Enterprise Applications

  3. Select your Clearooms application

  4. Open the Provisioning section from the left-hand menu

  5. Click Provision on Demand

  6. Search for and select the user you want to provision

  7. Click Provision

Azure AD will immediately attempt to push that user’s provisioning data to Clearooms via SCIM. You can review the status and any errors directly within the provisioning logs in Azure.
