ICS Files — Calendar Integration Made Easy
Clearooms makes it simple to keep your schedule up to date by allowing you to add desk bookings directly to your personal calendar using ICS files.
When the Email Confirmation option is enabled, users automatically receive an ICS attachment with every desk booking confirmation. This file can be opened in any major calendar platform - such as Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar — and instantly adds the booking details, including date, time, desk location, and any notes.
Users can choose to:

Manually import individual bookings into their local calendar, or

Set up automatic imports so that all future ICS files are recognised and added automatically.
Once saved, bookings will appear alongside your other meetings and events, keeping your workplace schedule perfectly in sync without the need to log back into Clearooms.
