Kiosk - QR Checkin Codes
Easily manage meeting rooms, visitors, and desk check-ins with Clearooms Kiosk displays and QR codes.

Kiosks offer a number of visual displays to use on TVs, Tablets or any device with a browser.
Kiosks available are:
- Meeting Rooms: This is to display meeting room availability in your reception or office area. It updates in real time and shows all your meeting room availability.
- Visitor Management: Setting up a visitor management Kiosk allows visitors ot check in when arriving at your office.
- QR Code: This displays a QR Code to display for checking in. When scanned on a mobile device, the user's Clearooms App or portal (if the app is not installed) will open on a page displaying all available bookings that require checking into.
The Kiosk can also be printed if you prefer not to use a Tablet or TV to display the code.
The QR Code is changed daily to stop users from taking a picture of it and using it without actually being present in the office, so remember to re-print daily if you are going paper-based.
