Supported Languages and How to Update Your Settings
The Clearooms portal, display app and desk booking app support the following languages:
- English (UK)
- English (US)
- Welsh
- Spanish
- French
- Dutch
- Italian
- German
How to change the Language:
Web portal:
Navigate to your profile and select the desired language from the drop-down list.

Display app:
Change the language under device settings on your tablet. The app will use the device language if it exists in the above list.
Desk booking app:
Go to your profile, select "Language", choose the desired language, and then press "Done."
After changing the language all text throughout Clearooms will be updated accordingly. Changing your language in the web portal or desk booking app will change it in both places.
Each user must change their own language settings for the changes to take effect however the web portal will select the users browser language when first registering.
