OpenSpaces: Desk Bookings Report
How to generate and schedule detailed desk booking reports in OpenSpaces
The Desk Bookings Report allows you to view and filter all desk bookings made in OpenSpaces. It also captures any data entered into custom fields at the time of booking, giving you a comprehensive overview of desk usage.
How to Schedule This Report

Enter a Report Name to identify the report.

Select the Office the report applies to.
Schedule Details:

Frequency: Choose how often the report runs — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Day: Select the day of the week (Monday–Sunday) for the report to be sent.

Time: Set the time you want to receive the report.

Run Until: Optionally select an end date for the report schedule.

Data Range: Choose which data to include — Previous day, Current day, or Next day.

Output Format: Select CSV or PDF.
