Overview section

Parking Spaces: Total number of parking spaces based on your selected filters.

Bookings: Total number of parking space bookings made during the selected period.

Checked-In: Total bookings where users have checked in.

Cancelled Bookings: Any cancelled bookings are excluded from the unattended count.
Daily Usage

Peak Usage: The highest percentage of parking space occupancy within the selected period.

Average Usage: The average occupancy percentage across the period.

Lowest Usage: The lowest percentage of utilisation during the period.
Daily Bookings

At Peak: Maximum number of parking space bookings on a single day within the chosen location and timeframe.

Average: The typical number of bookings per day for the location and period selected.

At Lowest: Minimum bookings recorded for a day in the selected period.
Note: The headings adjust based on the period chosen, showing peak figures for daily, weekly, or monthly bookings.
Attendance

Checked-In: Number of parking space bookings where users successfully checked in.

No-Shows: Bookings that were cancelled by the user or auto-cancelled.

Pending: Bookings that have not yet been checked in.
Insights

Most Used Parking Spaces: The two parking spaces with the highest number of bookings.

Least Used Parking Spaces: The two spaces with the fewest bookings.

Most Frequent Users: The two users who booked the most parking spaces during the selected period.
Figures in brackets indicate the actual number of bookings.
Data Table
Here, you can review both the actual and average figures for your chosen period. The data can be exported to a spreadsheet for more detailed analysis.
