Help Users Find the Right Desk with Custom Resource Filters

Resources allow your Users to locate the right desk first time by filtering the available desks by your custom resources such as Monitors, Desk Phones, Docking Stations or whatever is unique about the desks in your Office.

Creating Resources

  1. From Settings > Hot Desks > Resources Type the name of a resource and Click "Add"
  2. Repeat until you have all created all the resources that are appropriate to your Offices

Allocating to Desks

Option 1: Bulk Allocations

From Settings > Hot Desks > Resources you can attach a resource to all desks on your account or to all desks in one or multiple offices

Option 2: One Desk at a time 

From Offices > Edit Office Plan, click on any bookable Desk. 

In the form that opens click on the dropdown called "Resources" and select one or multiple resources.
