Social Distancing Limits provides a way to restrict bookings that are too close to an existing booking. It relies on a scale being added to your floor plan and a distance set within Settings > Hot Desks > Social Distancing Limits
Settings Your Floor Plan Scale
- Open "Edit Floor Plan" from the Offices view
- At the top right click on "Edit Plan Scale"
- Click anywhere on the Floor Plan Image and then move your curser to another part of the image and click a second time. *
- A pop up will appear, add the measurement in Centimetres or Metres.
- Repeat the process if you made any errors and click "Finish Editing Plan Scale".
- Click Finish Editing to save your changes.
The measurement you add can be anything, between two tables, between two walls etc. The single measurement will be used to set the scale of the image.
Turn on Social Distancing
Adding your Plan Scale does not on its own enable social distancing limits. It will mean distance from bookings will be visible on the Trace Report
To turn on Social Distancing
- Open Settings > Hot Desks > Social Distancing Limits
- Turn on the Option for all or Specific Offices
- Set the distance between Desks you want to limit bookings
- Done - This form auto Saves
