Trace Report

The Trace report is to assist you in identifying users that had come into contact with other staff that may have tested positive for Covid 19

Running the report

  1. Open Reports > Trace Report and search for the person you wish to run the report against
  2. Select the dates that you are interested in, these are the dates that Desks were booked not the dates the bookings were created
  3. Click Run

Understanding the Report

The report will provide you with a summary similar to this: 

Summary:
Freddie Wollster was in the London & Wimbledon offices on 13 occasions during the period set. There were 4 other users in the offices at the same time as Freddie Wollster during this period. 
 
Export these user details here 
 
Detail: 
Below this summary you will see the bookings made by the selected person. Below that you can see all other bookings in the same Offices on the same dates regardless of check in status. 
 
The actual distance each user was from the target user is also reported as long as a scale is added to your floor plan. 
 
These detailed results can be downloaded to CSV to gain the contact email addresses for quick communication.
