Visitor Management - Custom Fields

Enhance visitor tracking by collecting additional information with custom fields.

You can enhance your Visitor Management system by adding Custom fields to collect additional information when logging a visitor or during check-in. The following custom field types are available:

  • Check box

  • Text box

  • Yes/No field

  • Label

  • Multi select

  • Link

How to create a new custom field for Visitor Management:

  • Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields

  • Click Create new custom field

  • Complete the Name, Type & Field label

  • In the Apply for field, select visitors. This will bring up the following additional fields:
    • Show this field on the portal: Displays the field when manually logging a visitor.
    • Show this field on the visitor management kiosk: Displays the field during self-check-in at the kiosk.
    • Required field: Makes the field mandatory. If left blank, the page cannot be saved

Enable Apply to specific offices if you do not want the new custom field to be available for all offices. 

  • Finally, click Create field.

Custom fields will show on the who's in report within the reports menu.
