Clearooms Integrates With Zapier -Connect Clearooms To 7,000+ Apps, Without Writing A Single Line Of Code.

Using the Clearooms Zapier app, you can build automated workflows (called Zaps) that react to real-time events in your workspace, or trigger actions in Clearooms from other tools you use every day. Once connected, Clearooms works with 7,000+ apps including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Outlook, Salesforce, Jira, and many more.

What you can do with the Clearooms Zapier app

The Clearooms Zapier app supports three types of integration:

  • Triggers — events that happen in Clearooms and start a Zap (e.g. a new booking is made)
  • Actions — things Zapier tells Clearooms to do (e.g. create a booking from a calendar event)
  • Searches — look up existing records in Clearooms mid-Zap to make smarter decisions

Before you begin

You will need:

  • An active Clearooms account with admin or manager-level access

Are Zapier triggers real-time?

Yes. All Clearooms triggers fire in real time as soon as the relevant event occurs in your workspace.

Can I use Clearooms Zapier actions without a trigger?

Yes. Zapier actions (such as Create Booking or Create Visitor) can be used in Zaps triggered by any other app - you are not limited to Clearooms triggers.
